Mobile Care Chicago's Dental Van will be at Michelle Obama School on Thursday, Oct, 1st, from 9am to 3pm. Their mobile dental program (serving ages 0-19) fulfills school requirements and all services are completely free. All Kindergarten, 2nd grade and 6th grade students are required to have current dental exams. Please contact Nurse Porter at 708-668-9204 or 708-214-0203 to schedule an appointment. Limited slots are available so please schedule soon.
